Worked on various projects at all phases, lead design and project management of half a million+ tenant fit-out project, designed and oversaw an 11 unit multi-family residential renovation project, to provided design concepts, SD/DD/CD, site analysis, research & development, performed code review, bid review, provided FF&E and material specifications for various projects. Coordinated with contractors, clients, MEP, code officials and consultants. Scheduled lunch & learns, built relationships with product representatives and maintained material library. Worked in fabrication shop to assist in furniture creation for projects, provided renderings, and photographed completed projects. Performed walk-throughs and wrote punch lists.
